What type of guarantee do i get?
For 6 months from the date of treatment, should you have an infestation included in our treatment coverage, we’ll spot treat the issue free-of-charge. From pesky ants to German roaches, we’ll take care of the problem at no charge to you, all you have to do is call.
Are there any additional fees, taxes, etc.?
No! Twice a year service costs $140 and that’s all, no hidden fees, surcharges, or whatever you want to call them.
Do you offer termite repair bonds?
No, we do not offer repair services. Our inspection with every treatment in addition to our free termite treatment coverage is more than adequate to protect your home. Should you need repair for any reason, we are happy to recommend specialists we have worked with over the years at any point in time.
What is termite treatment coverage?
This means that if active termite activity is found while your property is under our free termite coverage, we will spot treat the infestation with a termiticide, for absolutely no charge to you. Our termite treatment coverage does not include any repair insurance against damages incurred from termites, but rather takes a more pro-active approach to finding and exterminating infestations.
Why doesn’t twice a year service use bait stations?
The state of Georgia mandates that we service our bait stations according to their label, which requires 3 month systematic monitoring. This means quarterly service is required to properly maintain bait stations. For most properties, our technicians find that twice a year treatment and inspection is perfect coverage. Quarterly service is available upon quotation for those properties where it is deemed necessary.
